A word from Quinn!
After many years of doing several types of skilled trades in Winnipeg, I decided to start The ‘Fix It' Guy. This has always been my nick name as I have always had a knack for fixing things. Well, it was immediately successful and we decided it was meant to be.
My wife, Deborah does all the administrative work and keeps things organized in the office.
I got to the point that my wife had me booked for the next 3 months and was having to turn renovation business away.
The phones kept ringing and we decided if we could find qualified individuals that could do work at the same high standards which I provide that maybe we could start a second division to The Fix It Guy. So we started advertising. Low and behold, the emails started rolling in and we began to interview and interview. We weeded through all kinds of people. Long story short, we now have 8 different skilled tradesmen that can do construction of garages, beautiful tile work, finish carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, you name it we have him!!!
The beautiful part about this is that we have done the screening for you! You can rest assured that when this guys comes in your home and gives you this great quote that he can actually do what he says he can do! I mention this because there are some butchers out there and we follow them around ‘fixin' up there messes. Problem is, it cost the customer double when that very sad situation happens. So don't let it! Just call us and let us send out one of our friendly guys and you decide for yourself!
